There is much that is happening around us that could drive a sane person crazy. Between the death and hype surrounding COVID-19, to the unresolved U.S. elections, to the problems we are dealing with in our own life (there is so, so much more!), it can discourage and depress just about anyone.

So, we need a word from the Lord that encourages us to be happy and points us to where that desire for happiness can be met. We find such a promise in Psalm 37:4. In this sermon, I explained the command and benefit of Psalm 37:4 while revealing that the very nature of Scripture is to help us pursue and achieve the happiness we long for.
