3 Minute Read
Be Still
To the best of your ability, get rid of all distractions. Take a couple of minutes to breathe deeply, to quiet yourself in the Lord’s presence. Then, prayerfully ask the Lord to speak to you in this time and let Him know that you will be listening and will make whatever adjustments He will reveal to you.
Today’s Bible Reading:
Zechariah 14:1-21
Revelation 20:1-15
Psalm 148:1-14
Proverbs 31:8-9
Listen to the Lord
Slowly and reflectively read the following verses and listen to what God will say to you through them. Then, consider writing down any insights He reveals to you.
Revelation 20:11 (NLT): “And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide.”
Reflections from Scripture:
Simply reflect on the verses that I have chosen for today. Realize that there is coming a day when all unbelievers will be judged and sentenced to a fiery Hell forever. Then determine to love people enough to share the Good News with them every chance you get.
Spend Time in Prayer:
Spend time with the Lord, asking Him to soften your heart and give you the wisdom and courage to share the Gospel with people who so desperately need it.
