Fitness Report (May 6 – 12)

With family and ministry matters demanding more of my time this past week, I wasn’t able to focus nearly as much as I needed on my fitness. Here’s what this past week looked like:


Sunday (5/6):

Tuesday (5/8):

Run 1.01 miles (9’43” / mile pace)


Wednesday (5/9):

No time to exercise


Thursday (5/10):

Run 1.00 miles (10’02” / mile pace)

Chest Press – 170lbs x 8 (3x)
Deltoid Raise – 110lbs x 8 (3x)
Shoulder press – 120lbs x 8 (3x)
Low Back – 200lbs x 8 (3x)
Vertical Row – 170 x 8 (3x)
Deltoid Fly – 140lbs x 8 (3x)
Dip Machine – 160lbs x 8 (3x)
Incline Crunches – 12 x 3
Pull-down – 143lbs x 8 (3x)

Friday (5/11):

No time to exercise


Saturday (5/12):

Run 2.01 miles (11’08” / mile pace)
Walk 2.50 miles (17’21” / mile pace)
