February 8: “There’s No One Like Our God!”

3 Minute Read + Scripture readings

Today’s Bible Reading:

Genesis 41
Mark 11
Job 7
Romans 11

Today’s Bible Verse(s):

“Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and of the knowledge of God! How unsearchable his judgments and untraceable his ways! For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor? And who has ever given to God, that he should be repaid? For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever. Amen.”
Romans 11:33-36 (CSB)

Reflections on Today’s Bible Verse(s):

I don’t want to say much about the verses that I have chosen for today. I want God’s Word to simply speak for itself.

Why not use the remainder of your time this morning to reflect on the words of Romans 11:33-36. I will also personalize those words as I write out the following prayer.

* * * * * * * * * *

Oh, the depth of the riches both of Your wisdom and knowledge! How unsearchable are Your judgments and untraceable Your ways! For there isn’t a single person who has fully understood Your mind. No one has ever known enough to provide You with counsel. No human being has ever given anything to You that required repayment when we consider all that You have already done for us. For from You and through You and to You are all things. To You be the glory forever. Amen.
